We got really bogged down requesting the same documents over and over, and the appraisal process was challenging to schedule but Cassidy and Ryan were great to work with.

I would like to call out the 2 people that were very helpful. Our loan advisor Cassidy Sobol was great. As soon as I submitted our online application he called me within 5 minutes. He was knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. He did a great job. Our client care specialist was equally great, Irma S. Arias. She was always pleasant and kept us informed through the whole process. I would say my overall impression was it felt like I was doing business with a small local bank. I never felt that I was not important. Your team did a great job. I told our realtor he should be recommending Chase to his clients. Great experience. The only suggestion I would have is your online tool to manage tasks is not very good. It definitely could use some work on design and flow.

The loan specialist assigned to me was Mitchell Brown. He is very professional, knowledgeable, polite and wonderful. He would contact me to let me know how the process was going. Very caring to know if I had any concerns or questions. Knowledgeable in the Chase programs and services. Would always follow up with an email after our conversations. There was an issue with the closing, but it was nothing wrong from Chase's part, it was the lawyer from the title company. Mitchell was very sympathetic and concern about the fact that we would have to change the closing date. Wonderful gentlemen! I can see him going far with Chase because his concerns for the customers. I wish Mitchell and Cassidy Sobol (who was also my initial rep) all the best in their future with Chase. Great team players and excellent Customer Service. Sincerely, Lourdes D., GA

Cassidy and Kenneth did an amazing job at turning things around for us. Initially we were assigned a different loan officer and the experience was sub par. Once Cassidy and Kenneth took over, everything went smoothly. We are so appreciative of their support during this process
