When I called Daryl to discuss lending options I did not feel as if most of my questions were answered. He did not take the time to walk through the process and give me thorough information of what Chase has to offer. He was very rude and sarcastic and deterred me from loaning with Chase.

It has been a pleasure working with Daryl Newkirk my community home lending advisor. Daryl made our home-buying experience phenomenal. I was hesitant at first to take out my loan with JP Morgan Chase because of the horror stories I have heard. However, he exhibited patience, displayed compassion, and was very professional, meticulous, and proficient. Daryl provided exceptional customer service, he always made himself available to answer our questions or concerns and always returned our calls and emails in a timely manner. Daryl is extremely conscientious and shows dignity in his work, hence he is the core reason I will highly recommend clients who wish to purchase a home, and or refinance. Thank you, Daryl, for the phenomenal customer service experience you provided Keston and I. Another Person I have to give praise to is Tina Martian. I can only describe her as the female version of Daryl. Tina was extremely patient, compassionate, professional, and conscientious. Lastly, I would like to say thank you to Erica Howes, she literally took over my case on the last day and executed the tiring process of the back and forth with the Chase underwriting team. The underwriting team I would say made my experience horrifying because they kept asking for the same documents repeatedly. She said she was going to execute and expedite the process so I would be able to close before my lock-in date expired which she did.

1. Loans up to 85% of a home's value are available on a purchase or refinance with no cash back, subject to property type, a required minimum credit score and a minimum amount of monthly reserves (i.e., you must set aside enough money in reserve to make a specified number of monthly mortgage payments principal, interest, taxes, insurance and assessments after the loan closes). Product restrictions apply. Jumbo loans available up to $9.5 million. For loan amounts greater than $3MM (or $2MM for investment properties), customers must meet post-closing asset requirements to qualify. Additional restrictions may apply. 2. The DreaMaker mortgage is only available for purchase and no-cash-out refinance of a primary residence 1-4 unit property for 30-year fixed-rate terms. Income limits and homebuyer education apply on a DreaMaker mortgage.
