- Rating 5.0September 1, 2022This is my first home purchase and frankly, having had negative experiences with banks in the past, and considering that Chase is such a large bank and my purchase was small, I had very low expectations. I was completely incorrect and was stunned at the level of service I received. Ennell Esperance and his team were absolutely fantastic. Ennell was patient, kind, friendly, super responsive, very professional, and informative. I work in client services as well and he exhibited a level of customer service that I simply do not see anymore, ever. Everyone else I interacted with was wonderful as well, especially Daniel Vanatta. In addition, although as I said I am aware that my purchase was very small, I felt that Ennell and his boss were the only individuals at my closing (aside from my attorney) who exhibited professionalism, and so I was extra appreciative of this.
- Rating 4.5May 28, 2020Everything went well. The only thing that could have been better is if Chase could have arranged to pay off the debts I wanted paid off by direct payment to them, instead of giving me physical checks and then encumbering on me to get these physical checks to my creditors. This quite a task for me.
