- Rating 5.0February 23, 2023Jim Wunderlich did an excellent job of providing updates throughout the process. Sometimes the online process provided documents that I didn't understand, and Jim was always available to answer my questions.
- Rating 5.0November 4, 2022Throughout a difficult out of state building process, Jim Wunderlicht of Chase Hinsdale was always in our corner, and always looking out for our best interest. From offering Loan Locks to keep our competitive rate during rolling construction delays, to scheduling appraisals and inspections post hurricane Ian, Chase Mortgage was the most professional component of the building process. Jim Wunderlicht always provided outstanding customer service, a solid commitment to the customer, and outstanding communication. Our highest compliments to him and to all those in the Chase Hinsdale Il office.

- Rating 4.5August 25, 2022Chase is a huge bank, but the people that I worked with had the time for me and a sincere interest in helping me through this major life decision. My local loan adviser at Chase in Hinsdale, Illinois, Jim Wunderlich, really kept my anxiety to a minimum and was available every step of the way.
- Rating 5.0August 25, 2022My initial interaction with Chase was frustrating because I could not get ahold of an actual person without submitting information online. At this point, I was just fact finding and I was discouraged that I couldn't talk to a human. Once we got in touch with Jim (through some internet stalking), there was a total 180 and the process was MUCH improved. There should be a way to contact a person right away. Later in the process I had to resubmit some of the same documentation so that could have been streamlined. Otherwise, great experience, very knowledgeable individuals, Chase matched rates, and our loan was funded one week before deadline. I love having our mortgage available now right next to the rest of our banking and credit card accounts!

- Rating 5.0August 12, 2022Jim was super helpful in every step of the mortgage process. He made the experience almost painless. He was especially helpful in coordinating the various people involved in the process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage specialist.
- Rating 5.0July 7, 2022Without Jim’s help the process of getting the new mortage would have been a real nightmare. He has been a tremendous help coordinating with the real estate agent, lawyers, and insurance agent.
