- Rating 5.0August 21, 2022Ernest Bonny and his team are exceptional, and went above & beyond for us. Ernest, in particular, makes himself available during ordinary business hours, but also in the evenings, on weekends, and even on holidays such as Father's Day. This type of stellar customer service and dedication is unheard of. Ernest and his team made us feel like we were their only clients.
Our home search commenced in March and concluded in July. Ernest was with us during every step of the home-buying process, providing updated pre-qualification letters, speaking with our agent, speaking with the sellers agents, etc. Ernest and his team, worked seamlessly with our agent, attorney, and kept the loan application/appraisal process moving internally at Chase. The timeline from the date of the accepted offer to the closing was less than one month!
Our attorney and agent were blown away by Ernest and his team. We are so appreciative to have worked with Ernest and his team. They are truly phenomenal. - Rating 4.5August 19, 2022All did an excellent job!
