We have been doing business with chase for some time and purchased a previous home through chase but we never had such exceptional service as we did with Diana. She had exceptional attention to detail, was available to help us at all hours. We had an aggressive timeline for purchasing a home so everything needed to be accurate and quick. She kept us on track regardless of the obstacles that came her way. Home purchase is a very stressful process in general but the least of our worries was the financing. We knew we were in good hands.
