- Rating 5.0September 30, 2021We recently worked with Gertie to refinance our home loan. We chose to work with Gertie because she had been very helpful to get our original mortgage sorted out properly despite confusion from the seller’s realtor, etc. She was a lifesaver.
Gertiie got us an excellent rate again and got the refinance work done smoothly. It was a pleasure working with her again. If you want a good Mortgage Experience go with Gertie Lofton, you will be glad you did.Response from Gertie LoftonOctober 4, 2021Your review of Gertie Lofton made us so happy. We are glad that we could find a competitive rate that was compatible for your recent home refinance. We love working with customers like you and hope you'll use Chase again for any future mortgage needs.
- Rating 5.0May 7, 2020The accuracy comment comes with the caveat that this can never be perfect and it will always be a criticism, as you can't tell a client at the very beginning that it will close on a certain date and therefore the interest will be X, etc. Just something, as a client, would be nice to have. Overall, best mortgage experience I've ever had.
