- Rating 5.0October 12, 2022Garet is an excellent Home Lending Advisor. Garet helped navigate my wife Katherine and I through the sale of our home and the purchase of our dream home in Paso Robles. Garet’s knowledge, persistence, and follow through helped make our dream home come possible.
18 months after we purchased the home Garet helped us refinance at a lower rate. Thank you Garet for all your help. - Rating 5.0October 12, 2022He pays attention to details.Response from Garet PyleOctober 12, 2022Thank you, Teri, for taking the time to leave your positive review. Sincerely, Chase - Rating 5.0July 24, 2022I appreciated all the help from the loan officer at the local branch, he always took time to explain everything in a way that I could understand.
- Rating 1.0October 18, 2021My experience with Garat Pyle and the whole Chase Bank mortgage process was the worse I have ever experienced.
Although Garet’s page on the Chase site states “Garet can help you get a clear picture of what might work best for you. Garet will explain your options, answer any questions you may have, keep you informed and guide you through every step of the mortgage process.” He did none of those things. The Chase process took so long, even after we received preapproval, we finally went to a local mortgage company and obtained the loan at a lower interest rate and lower fees. It was so much easier and faster than Chase and the Lending Advisor was always available and helpful, quite the opposite of Garet.Response from Garet PyleOctober 25, 2021Thank you, Robert, for your feedback. It is important for us at Chase to be flexible, and we are sorry we were unable to accommodate to your needs.
